Sustainability

BECOME A COMPETITIVE REGENERATIVE HOTEL

Preventing negative impacts on the surrounding area is no longer enough. In a context where legislation is moving forward in favour of ESG (environmental, social and governance) standards and the consumer is showing increased awareness, hotels must assume a position of leadership to become an asset to the planet, generating positive impacts on its surrounding area.

Understanding how to adapt and going beyond current regulations, working on sustainability in terms of profitability, and implementing actions throughout the hotel's value chain are some of the key aspects of the service offered by The Good Concierge, the sustainability consultancy promoted by Keytel. This service has already helped more than 30 hotels to distinguish themselves as a Competitive Regenerative Hotel.

COMPETITIVE REGENERATION

  • ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY

The Good Concierge develops a customised action plan for each hotel, acting on the four areas of good governance: economic, social, environmental and cultural. Action plans cover aspects like training staff in good practices for their department, developing annual strategic plans, and supporting their development.
  • REPORTING

It develops the reporting necessary to comply with legislation in force or convey your communication. This service includes various tasks, from preparing the non-financial information statement (11/2018) or Equality Plan (06/2019) to the sustainability report, corporate commitment letter, corporate road map, competitive regenerative balance sheet and protocols customised for each activity and department.
  • CERTIFICATION

The Good Concierge owns the Competitive Regenerative Hotel (CRH) standard, method, recognition and certificate, carrying out an internal verification after the action plan has been implemented according to this model.
  • FROM ASSISTANCE TO MANAGEMENT

On the understanding that each hotel will present a different degree of development in terms of sustainability, this service considers various aspects that range from providing technical assistance to the strategic management team for corporate social responsibility (CSR), right up to full design of its competitive regenerative strategy.
