The 2027 Hotel Innovation Awards recognize projects, individuals, and organizations that are transforming the tourism and hospitality industry through innovation, strategic vision, sustainability, and operational excellence. The goal is clear: to identify and give visibility to initiatives that are paving the way for the tourism of the future.
  • Why is your project innovative?
Entries will be evaluated by a jury made up of leading industry professionals, based on the following criteria: Innovation The degree of originality and novelty of the project or solution presented will be assessed, along with its ability to generate significant or disruptive change within the industry. Impact The real and tangible impact of the project on the business, teams, and customers will be assessed, taking into account measurable outcomes such as:
    • Operational improvement (automation, error reduction, time savings, efficiency).
    • Customer experience and perception (before, during, or after the service).
    • Contribution to the team (ease of use, impact on roles and tasks).
    • Contribution to business performance or positioning within the industry. Scalability The project's ability to be replicated or implemented by other companies, destinations, or markets will be assessed, along with its potential for growth or expansion on a larger scale. Environmental and social sustainability The project's contribution to the business's overall sustainability will be assessed. This includes both its environmental impact (reducing its footprint, energy efficiency, etc.) and its social impact (talent management, connection with the local community, customer care, or internal responsibility).
